Supports only Bitcoin
For multi-coin support see BitBox02 multi-coin edition
It is not possible to convert a BitBox02 Bitcoin-only edition into a BitBox02 Multi edition or vice-versa. The BitBox02 bootloader prevents firmware downgrades and installing firmware for a different edition of the BitBox02 (Multi or Bitcoin-only) as otherwise that would be a security attack vector.
Supports multiple coins
Supports over 30 main chains, including Bitcoin, Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, Binance Chain, Polygon, Solana, Avalanche C-Chain, Arbitrum, Optimism, Tezos, Cardano, TRON, Aptos, Polkadot, Cosmos, Kusama, Cronos, Crypto.org, Bitcoin Cash, Ethereum Classic, XRP, Flare, Stellar, Litecoin, Horizen, Icon, Stellar, Kinesis Gold, Kinesis Silver, Terra, and Tether (OMNI)
In addition also supports over 12,000 custom tokens on several chains such as Ethereum and Binance Smart Chain
